HMA has been providing customized bookkeeping business services to our clients since 1984.

Our expert bookkeepers have the specialized knowledge necessary for physician practices. We have extensive reporting capabilities, including: monthly unaudited financial statements, detailed tracking of expenses by physician and by location, year-to-year comparative reports, monthly trend analysis, budget comparative reports and other customized reports.

Our experienced bookkeeping department includes a supervising manager and team of professional bookkeepers. Each client is assigned to a dedicated bookkeeper, supported by the manager. Our bookkeepers utilize a state-of-the-art bookkeeping software package to provide accounts payable, either internal or outside payroll processing, and online availability of banking data and bill payments. Our bookkeeping services are customized for each client and range from small business bookkeeping for smaller practices to providing comprehensive bookkeeping services for large private physician practices.
