HMA completes thorough office operations reviews to help enhance clients' practices.

In order to evaluate the operational efficiency of your medical practice, we will work with outside experts to complete a general review of the office functions. An office operations specialist will spend a few sessions in the office interviewing the physicians and other staff. During on-site visits, our specialist will also review the office activities by observing the physician and office staff workflow patterns.

Our review of office functions includes, but is not limited to: appointment and physician scheduling, patient flow, use of physician extenders, telephone reception, organizational structure, information flow and the front-end billing processes.
