HMA is Prepared
While many of our employees have already been working remotely, we are now planning to have almost all employees working offsite. Our flexible Telework program provides our employees with a safe method to work remotely in a secure environment. All functions within the firm have designated protocols allowing employees to work effectively from a virtual environment that recreates their in-office workstations.
Client Meetings and Ongoing Communication
HMA has been and will continue to have all client meetings via conference call until this crisis is over. Reports will be provided by email. If the information is extremely confidential, it will be provided by secure email. Ongoing communication will still be available via email and telephone. If you call the office and there is no human response, leave a message on your consultant’s voicemail and your call will be returned.
